CERSA-MCI will be exhibiting at Interwire 2025 in Atlanta from 13 to 15 May (Booth1601) alongside Shanghai KECHEN Wire & Cable Machinery, specializes in designing and manufacturing telecom cable equipment. We will be conducting several live demonstrations, including our off-line wire diameter and ovality measurement solution: the LDS device combined with the WSR wire sample rotation accessory. To fully characterize the shape of a wire, precise measurements in multiple directions are essential. Our specialized tool ensures that wire samples remain straight and taut, while a system of cranks and geared pulleys allows for controlled rotation within the LDS laser beam. With this accessory, the LDS becomes a comprehensive solution for 360° wire and cable measurement.

For high-speed line measurement, our patented SQMF technology captures and displays surface defects in real-time. This system can be integrated directly into production lines for continuous monitoring or used off-line with itsWIRE360 version for sample analysis. This versatile solution is ideal for detecting and visualizing defects, improving overall quality control. Now available for round products ranging from 15µm to 2000µm.

Additionally, we will be presenting the DLN10, our all-in-one solution for the wire and cable industry. Operating at an impressive 250,000 measurements per second across three axes—totalling 750,000 accurate diameter values per second—this ultra-high-speed gauge performs real-time control to detect diameter and non-circularity deviations beyond tolerances. Officially introduced at Wire Düsseldorf 2024, the DLN10 sets a new benchmark in performance, surpassing industry standards.
